Expérience fantastique: I had a wonderful three-week stay in Bordeaux. The location was excellent—very safe, with a tram station just a short walk away and several markets nearby, which made everyday life super convenient. The apartment was well-equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and stove, which made the stay very comfortable. The outdoor area was charming and perfect for relaxing. I also loved the modern décor—it felt stylish and cozy at the same time. The host was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Expérience fantastique: We stayed here for a week. The location was superb - right in the posh part of town and close to everything. Our two bedroom apartment was super comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the tall french windows in the living room looked out over tall trees - very lovely!

Expérience fantastique: El apartamento está ideal para una pareja y un niño, o tres adultos, es completo con todo lo que mecesitas para estar de vacaciones más de una semana, la decoración impecable, tiene el mobiliario y complementos de una casa, no falta detalle, el equipo de personas estupendos y muy profesionales, resolvieron todo lo necesario, nosotros no hablamos francés y nos hemos entendido perfectamente, mi recomendación es de una puntuación de 10. Solo tener en cuenta que no existe apartamento privado, es una zona estupenda para descansar pero con mucha población y cuesta un poquito conseguir aparcamiento, pero se resuelve con paciencia, vale la pena el barrio. Gracias a todo el equipo y regresamos pronto

Expérience négative: Only book if you want to worry about being abandoned without housing by this company when you arrive. My family (husband and I, plus children 4&5) were arriving by train to Bordeaux at 11pm. The company confirmed that they would be able to accommodate us for an additional 40€ fee, and accepted our same day booking. Throughout the evening, we updated on our progress, including as the train arrived at the station, as we entered a cab, and as we arrived at the address. Everything from our end was on schedule. At no point did they reply. When we got to the property, there was no one there and no instructions to get into the unit. We texted several more times, and tried calling the number several times, but there was never an answer. After contacting the service we booked through, who also was unable to reach them, we gave up and started calling hotels, most of which were booked. Eventually after sitting on the suitcases on the street for 2 hours in the middle of the night, my family (including 4&5yr old) was left wandering Bordeaux looking for open hotels that would take us in on short notice (at 1:30am). This host had no qualms about putting an entire young family in troubling situations. Never responded and eventually canceled the next morning claiming we hadn’t shown up, without even an apology. (Note the photos of us outside the accommodation) I do not recommend booking a stay with this company. The apartment location was very nice and from the pictures we had seen it looked like a lovely place inside. Too bad the customer service was appalling. The lack of an apology even two weeks later really shows a lack of empathy, service or respect for your clients. If you had apologized I would not have felt the need to leave a review. No family should have to have an experience like we had our first night in France. I travel half the year and have never had such a bad experience.

Expérience fantastique: Un séjour parfait ! J’ai passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet appartement idéalement situé en plein cœur de Bordeaux. La décoration est tout simplement magnifique, faite avec beaucoup de goût et de soin – on s’y sent tout de suite bien. L’appartement est parfaitement équipé, propre, confortable, et on peut tout faire à pied depuis l’emplacement. Mention spéciale pour l’accueil : chaleureux, professionnel, et aux petits soins du début à la fin. Je recommande à 100 % et je reviendrai sans hésiter !

Expérience fantastique: Das Appartement ist sehr stylisch eingerichtet und bietet einen hervorragenden Blick auf den Fluss und die Brücken. Es ist hell und sauber und bietet ausreichend Platz für bis zu sechs Personen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind super bequem, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind von guter Qualität. Man wohnt mitten im Geschehen, alles ist fussläufig erreichbar, mit der Straßenbahn vor der Tür erreicht man problemlos in einer Stunde den Flughafen (nur 1x umsteigen). Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Restaurant, bei geschlossenen Fenstern stört das nicht (es gibt eine Klimaanlage). Check in und out sehr unkompliziert, die Kommunikation klappte hervorragend!

Expérience fantastique: Nuestra estancia fue excelente. Más de una semana antes de la fecha de entrada recibimos un instructivo digital con instrucciones precisas y bastante exhaustivo. La plataforma para pagar el depósito resultó sencilla y segura. El día de nuestra llegada, pudimos dejar nuestras maletas en el alojamiento antes del horario de entrada gracias a la predisposición del anfitrión, lo que nos permitió recorrer la ciudad tranquilamente. La ubicación es mega céntrica, segura, silenciosa. El alojamiento está en condiciones y es espacioso, incluso para cuatro personas. La cocina está muy bien equipada, el baño cuenta con un secatoallas que nos resultó fundamental y la calefacción funcionó perfectamente. Como ya dijeron otros huéspedes, no había elementos de higiene en el baño (jabon, shampoo, gel de ducha), pero nosotros siempre llevamos el propio. La gestión para dejar el piso fue sencilla. Es una opción de excelente relación calidad precio que no defrauda para una gran visita en Burdeos!

Expérience fantastique: L'appartement où nous avons séjourné à 4 adultes, 4 jours est confortable. Les chambres sont au sous-sol, un peu surprenant mais pas de soucis pour nous. L'accueil et la disponibilité de Marie sont au rendez-vous. Vous trouvez tout autour de vous : restaurants, marchés, boulangeries, supérettes ( pour acheter votre papier hygiénique si vous l'avez oublié ) la Garonne et le tramway sont à 5 mn à pied. Adresse pour nous à conserver si nous retournons à Bordeaux.

Expérience fantastique: 3 Dagen in Bordeaux doorgebracht in oktober. Mooi appartement op de derde etage, schoon en modern ingericht. Er is geen lift. Op loopafstand van vele terrasjes en restaurants. Vlakbij de tramhalte, dus je komt eenvoudig op alle leuke plekken in de stad. Congiërge Jonathan is zeer behulpzaam en attent.

Je recommande à 200% L’emplacement était parfait et nous avons pu accéder très facilement à tous les lieux dans Bordeaux ( le tram était juste à côté de l’appartement). Aussi la télévision du salon était une smart TV, parfait pour un dimanche soir à la maison pour se reposer :) Les lits sont aussi très confortables

Expérience fantastique: Precioso apartamento. Estaba super limpio y la cocina perfecta. Con tres duchas y dos baños. Fuimos seis amigos. Y estuvimos encantados. Está en el centro así que vas a todos los sitios andando. Hay varios parking muy cerca. Si vas con un coche alto tb hay un parking abierto en Place de Quinconces donde puedes dejar el coche. Estuvimos en un tercero. Hay que subir andando por que en esa zona no hay ascensores pero merece muchísimo la pena. Lo recomiendo al 100%.

Compact and full of character, with a very comfortable bed and great shower in the downstairs area, and a sitting room and kitchenette with clothes washing machine upstairs. We felt very secure and peaceful in this wonderful old building. Close to everything, including an excellent supermarket. Lucie was great in welcoming us in person (with excellent English) when our arrival was late, and also in helping us out with every question we had. Highly recommended.

Sa place de parking est un plus indéniable. Sa vue sur la plage (plage accessible directement pour les baignades) permet d'assister à de beaux couchers de soleil. Terrasse très bien équipée pour prendre le petit déjeuner dehors tout en profitant de la vue. Cadre reposant et idyllique.
