Un dossier très détaillé et exigeant en terme d'information nous a été demandé mais pour un résultat optimal. Un shooting photo et vidéo digne d'un photographe professionnel. Une mise en valeur de notre bien insoupçonné, 2 visites qualifiées et dont je souligne la qualité des renseignements fournis aux potentiels acquéreurs. Bref je pourrais citer encore beaucoup d'éléments cohérents avec la vente de notre maison mais je préfère souligner le travail incroyablement efficace et professionnel en tout points de notre interlocutrice. Due to Covid and travel restrictions, we were not present for much of the process and Naomi took care of all the details before, during and after the sale. It is a cumbersome and complicated process to buy a house, especially in another country, where one can not physically in place all the time, and where both distance, language, no prior contact points, and a different regulation are barriers. Throughout this process, we have experienced an extraordinary professionalism and dedication from Naomi Pescheux. She has been an invaluable help throughout. This applies both in the process before the purchase, including in dialogue and negotiations with the seller, in connection with the purchase, where she assisted with the process of notary, which is completely different from Denmark. And not least after the acquisition, where we have also experienced a unique assistance, among other things with the establishment of contacts to the bank, the takeover of obligations in relation to utilities, the establishment of agreements with cleaning, gardener and pool service, etc. This has been absolutely crucial for us to get through the difficult process of buying a villa abroad more easily than would otherwise have been the case. We will give Fine & Country - and especially Naomi Pescheux - our best recommendations.
