Having very limited french having someone like Gillian handle everything from viewings to diagnostic visits and everything in between was a godsend. I'd found french bureaucracy to be frustrating to say the least but with gillian both the speed of responses to just handling everything made it so simple. Yes you pay for the Leggett support but if you are in the UK and have limited french its so worth it. Would definitely recommend Gillian and Leggett.

Expérience négative: Rosalind, très réactive par ailleurs, était très clairement parti pris pour la vendeuse, sous prétexte de son grand âge et de leur nationalité commune sans doute. Elle m'a fait visiter la maison en affirmant que le toit était neuf, sans avoir vérifié elle-même par le velux, croyant sur parole la vendeuse qui, après discussion, a rectifié en précisant que ce n'était le cas que pour les dépendances. Le toit de la maison avait au moins en réalité plus de 35 ans, n'avait qu'une rangée de tuiles sur deux, et fuyait déjà en plusieurs points, ce qui n'a jamais été signalé évidemment. Le prix de vente initial a donc été fixé sur de fausses informations. Et je m'en tiens là pour ne pas rédiger un avis trop long. Mais le tort n'a jamais été reconnu. Manque de professionnalisme et mauvaise foi procédurière à fuir absolument.
