Expérience fantastique: Bo from Disc was actually the seller's agent, but he was extremely helpful to us as the buyers. As Americans, we had virtually no knowledge of the process of buying in France, and Bo explained each step to us in depth. It was somewhat complicated for us to obtain a mortgage in France--the process took significantly longer than expected, but Bo helped manage the sellers' and notary's expectations and keep everyone at ease. When the bank came through with the mortgage funds a little bit quicker than expected, Bo helped get the notary to speed up the sale so we could finalize the paperwork and take ownership of the house ASAP. All in all, Bo was extremely helpful, and we felt like he was just as much "on our side" as the sellers (e.g., securing a notary who would communicate everything to us in English). Perhaps most importantly, we are now living in a beautiful house in France! :) I would definitely recommend DISC to anyone looking to purchase a home in France, particularly if you're a foreign buyer (with no French) who needs a little bit of extra help along the way.

Expérience fantastique: Eind januari via deze makelaar mijn huis te koop gezet. Verkoop ging zeer vlot en gedurende het gehele proces tot en met de notaris zeer goede ondersteuning gekregen. Daarnaast veel hulp gehad bij het opzeggen van orange / electriciteit / water / betaalrekening / verzekeringen bij credit agricole. Deze hulp bestond onder andere uit het opstellen van brieven voor credit agricole en het onderhouden van het contact met de bank. Dit team is een aanrader bij de koop cq verkoop van een huis.

Felix was extremely dynamic and in a market where houses typically take months if not years to sell, Felix showed our property to potential viewers on average twice a week and within seven weeks, we had a buyer! After which he was extremely helpful and provided assistance both to us and to the buyer which helped achieve a smooth and fast sale. A great agency who already has a good reputation, and they exceeded our expectations.

Expérience fantastique: I could not be happier with the way Felix Vlaar at Disc worked with me to find my dream home in S. W. France. I ended up buying the very first place I saw but in the meantime visited literally dozens of other properties. Felix always followed up my emails, texts and phone calls and made himself available whenever I visited the Disc offices in Saint Antonin Noble Val. Moreover, he helped translate some of the documentation needed for the notaire and, once contracts were signed, helped me deal with all of the utility companies including water, gas, electricity and telephone. Felix and the rest of the team spoke fluent English, Dutch and, of course, French. I would not hesitate to use Disc again, except that I have no intentions of ever moving from my now dream home.

C est ce qui est arrivé à nos acheteurs sauf qu'ils avaient signé un papier, l agence à encaissé 9 000 euros sans avoir absolument rien fait. On appelle cela comment ?
