Roomy apartment with great living room, kitchen, dining room and bedrooms. You can really “live” here! Very inviting, and a relief to return to after intensive sight-seeing days. Comfortable bed and linens. Wonderful location as well. I would caution folks about a couple of things - the toilet is located in a small closet-like space on the opposite side of the flat from the bathroom. The bedroom we used - the “master” - is arranged so that the roomy and comfortable bed is up against the wall on the one side which always makes it challenging to place your glasses, book, watch etc gear at night. These are quirks and neither keep me from recommending this property nor from wanting to stay here again!

Expérience fantastique: Review of apt at 48 Rue du Montparnasse: We stayed one month is this lovely apartment & it was a perfect blend of a quiet location in the back of the building with shops & cafes at your door front. The living room/dining area was spacious & comfortable with a well-appointed kitchen. The modern bathroom & shower was also a plus. The bedrooms are on either end of the unit which also offers privacy. The best feature for us was the large terrace! We spent lovely mornings & evenings sitting outside listening to the birds & enjoying the views of the gardens & rooftops - it was quite magical and a plus to each morning & evening after a long, busy day walking in Paris. One cautionary note: the bedroom next to the terrace gets quite warm so be sure to close the curtains before your leave for the day. It cools off quickly once you open the large terrace doors. It was also a pleasure to work with the owner who was accessible & prompt in helping us with questions. The young women who met us at our arrival and departure were also a pleasure to work with. The building itself is quiet & safe too. I hope we'll be able to return here for another magical stay in Paris. Expérience fantastique: Fantastic holiday in Paris. Friendly and helpful welcome by the staff. The flat in Rue de l'Epée de Bois is well-equipped and comfortable . The location is full of shops and restaurants. Rue de Mouffetard is very picturesque and worth a visit.

Expérience positive: The apartment is in an excellent location, in an older but well maintained building and being a corner apartment it enjoyed excellent natural light, with full height doors opening on to a wonderful balcony. Unfortunately, the interior let the property down.The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and efficient. However, the kitchen was poorly finished and the crockery, glassware and utensils were sub standard. The furniture in the lounge dining area was uncomfortable and did not fit the space, similarly for the bedroom. We enjoyed our stay, however, with better interior presentation, the apartment would be without fault.

The apartment was in wonderful condition and made us feel like we were living in Paris. Expérience fantastique: Our family of 5 adults stayed in the apartment for 10 days at the end of June. The apartment is spacious and well equiped - especially the kitchen. Dining, grocery shopping, bakery (patisserie), train stations and cash machines are all within a 2-10 minute easy walk from the apartment. As you are on the 5th floor, the lift, whilst small, was a god send. We did all the tourist attractions with ease, by foot and train. The Luxembourg Gardens are a 10 minute walk and just great for a stroll, an evening picnic, or if you are a runner, a great 2km run, which you can do many times over and not necessarily the same path. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who would like a holiday living amongst the Parisians. The memories will last a lifetime and the experience is fantastic.

Expérience positive: Working with this group was great. They were organized, professional, on time and always available. When we arrived, they met us at the door with keys and a walk through. The apartment was nice, but we came during one of the hottest days since 1976 and there was no AC except for a floor standing one in the bedroom which we pretty much sat in front of. As for the apartment itself, it is an older apartment, but has all of the amenities you might like to have for cooking, feeding a family (or small dinner party), along with being able to clean your clothes while there. I would recommend leaving more clean towels for guests in the future, but other than that, it was great. Thank you, Heidi

Expérience fantastique: My family and I enjoyed a lovely stay in Paris in mid-April. The three bedroom apartment in the heart of Paris (metro: St. Placide) was a perfect location! The apartment was on the fifth floor and the tiny elevator worked perfectly. We had two full bathrooms! The bedrooms were all nice size with very comfortable beds and great natural light. The living room was spacious and sunlit. We enjoyed fresh croissants and baguettes every day from our local boulangerie, delicious fruit and veg from another local store and a mom/pop grocery that had everything we needed for our stay. All of this, plus good shopping and cafes within ½ a block from our front door. The My Apartment in Paris staff was terrific! We arrived on Easter Sunday and had a large delay due to lost luggage and then more delays due to street closures. Eleonora was perfectly patient and supportive and was there at the apartment to greet us when we finally arrived. She explained everything to us in great detail and let us know to just call the team if we needed anything. We had a great time and would definitely work with the My Apartment in Paris team the next time we stay in Paris. I would gladly recommend their service to anyone. Staying in an apartment was so much more enjoyable and relaxing than staying in a hotel. Truly, this is the way to go!
