Expérience fantastique: We stayed in a beautiful, spacious apartment on the plateau of Antalaye. The condo was spotless and well-equipped. The view of the ocean and the old fishermen's port is breathtaking. The apartment is within walking distance of everything in Biarritz. The best fish restaurants are in the old Fishermen's Port, just a few minutes from the condo. Easy Cles offers an outstanding concierge service. They go the extra mile to make your wishes come true, whether it is restaurant reservations, transportation, or boat trips with very short notice. We would love to come back next year!

Expérience fantastique: What a stunning location! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Atalaye. The house is beautifully decorated, has a spectacular view and everything you need to enjoy a holiday. The beds were comfortable, linens provided were top quality and having 2 bathrooms split across the two floors was great for our size group. The hosts were professional and answered the questions we had in a timely manner. Would absolutely stay again if in the area!

Expérience fantastique: Delphine and the team did a fantastic job looking after us when we stayed in one of their apartments in Vieux Port, Biarritz. Delphine made the whole process v stress free. The apartment itself was amazing. Perfect location. Easy to have a morning swim. Easy to walk to the market and restaurants. We had a great holiday and highly recommend the service. Super super.

Expérience négative: My wife and I stayed at one of their villas for 5 weeks and the villa was stunning and perfectly located just a stone's throw away from the beach. The reason I am rating our stay so low, is the mere fact that we were lied to when renting out the villa. Previous to booking, my wife contacted Ease Cles and asked them if the villa had high speed internet as we both work remotely, to which they replied they did. Once we arrived, we found that the villa had no internet at all. As you can imagine, we were pretty upset and my wife called Manu to ask why we had been lied to. At this stage Manu's answer was to start yelling at my wife over the phone saying: 'It's not my problem, and it's not the owner's problem either'. Not only that, but their fix was to give us a $30 dongle which worked only in the living room and nowhere else in the house. However, at this stage, the house not having internet became a minor issue when compared to having to deal with Manu himself. His complete lack of professionalism (or even basic manners, really) became a constant issue. Not only did he lied to us, but was also extremely disrespectful when we confronted him about it. On the other hand, dealing with his wife Delphine was an absolute pleasure. She was kind, honest and extremely helpful whenever we got in contact with her. Which is the only reason I am rating my stay two stars instead of one. Just a word of warning if you are looking at renting out with Easy Cles.

Expérience fantastique: Stunning homes, wonderful staff! After several bad experiences renting in France via Airbnb/VRBO, I opted for a local agency and was not disappointed! Lower fees, great communication and an incredible portfolio. I just can't wait for my next trip to explore more of their homes!

Expérience positive: Lovely villa - easy to cycle to local beaches. Down side some noise from road overnight and early morning but not in day time. Also kitchen so pristine was intimidating to cook in case anything got spoilt!

Expérience fantastique: Villa Preciosa is a beautiful property! Our family of 18 had the most wonderful gathering this summer! The property is located in a gorgeous rural setting, with a nice view of idyllic green pastures! It is really really close to Guethary and the other coastal towns in the French Basque Country, making it easy to visit them all after a short drive! We loved St Jean de Luz, Bidart, Biarritz, etc! The Villa is elegantly decorated and is superbly stocked with everything that you might need! The kitchen is ample and includes every gadget you need to cook. Bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and well appointed. The only thing missing and that we would have loved, are air conditioner units in the bedrooms. The Villa has a beautiful pool that is perfect for a swim in the late afternoon! It also has a ping pong table and a bocce “field” which gave the children and teens (and adults ) with q competitive spirit, plenty of fun moments! Finally, the hosts are wonderful, attentive to every detail and a pleasure to deal with! I wholeheartedly recommend this property! We had an amazing time and made the most beautiful memories!

Expérience fantastique: We rented Bidaia for 3 weeks in August to experience Biarritz as a local would. The apartment was well-appointed and spacious making it very comfortable for us and our guests. The location is perfect if you are looking to be near restaurants and markets. The team at Easy CLÉS was super! Very responsive and easy to communicate with. They arranged for a private chef, in-home massages and various transportation needs. All of these services were of the highest quality and professionalism. We will recommend East CLÉS to our friends and anyone else who wants a first class vacation experience in the Basque Country!

Expérience fantastique: We stayed in Elena for two weeks. It's a great apartment! The view is amazing. The whole day you have the best spot to enjoy the wonderful Cote de Basque. Wherever you want to go, it's only a 5 minute walk. And great that you can park the car in front of the house - which is a big advantage for Biarritz where it's not so easy to park. The apartment is furnished very nice. Living and bedrooms looks like they are brand new. Kitchen is ok; has everything you need - but is not renovated recently. If you want to sleep with the windows open, of course you can hear the traffic. But that did not really bothered me - as you can also hear the waves. I will visit this apartment for sure next year and would also recommend it to others. Also the contact with the agency is very friendly and quick.

Expérience fantastique: Nous avons passé 2 semaines de vacances, 1 semaine en réservant sur un site bien connu et l'autre sur easycles. Les 2 biens étaient comparables, lieu, prix, surface. La comparaison s'arrête là, tellement le niveau de prestations Easycles est supérieur,, la propreté, la qualité du mobilier, des lits/draps, des serviettes de toilettes, des couverts, .... il y avait même tous les produits de première nécessité. Ils vous appellent pour prendre des nouvelles, vous pouvez les joindre à tout moment. Un vrai accompagnement professionnel. Vraiment, il faut l'essayer.

Expérience fantastique: Every staff member of the Easy Cles Immobilier were very helpful with our booking. They were attentive and fast responding. Check-in in was easy , and all our questions addressed right away. The apartment itself is spacious, very clean, central for shopping, located within easy walking distance to the coast and has well equipped kitchen.

Expérience fantastique: We had a fabulous time on La Côte Basque in this lovely home just 20 minutes from the center of Biarritz by foot, and 10 minutes from three lovely beaches (Milady, Ilbarritz, Pavillon Royal). We hosted 7 people in this beautiful home, with 2 levels which allowed us to have plenty of space for those that wanted to enjoy time at the pool, or find a place to hide and read a book. The kitchen is wonderful for those who enjoy cooking, which we took full advantage of. You are just a short drive from other beautiful villages along the coast, and the mountains if you love hiking. Definitely a great vacation spot.

Expérience fantastique: Emplacement parfait, très calme et proche du centre et de la grande plage. Les commerces sont à proximité. Les emplacements de parking sont un gros plus à Biarritz. L’appartement est vaste, très fonctionnel et confortable , très bien entretenu. En un mot très exceptionnel pour une location de vacances. First one was LA CASUCHA, a pure gem in a beautiful road of old Biarritz, 2 minutes walking from beach, market and city center. House is very elegant and confortable. The second one was VILLA BAILARA which is a pure wonder with a pool and facing a beautiful Basque panorama. The house is a dream with amazing hikes that start right in front of the house, town is 5 minutes walking and wonderful beaches are 5 min drive. All of these proprieties are turn into perfection by the loving care of the Easy Clefs team: Delphine, Munu and Justine made our vacation unforgettable and we'll for sure be back next year!!

Expérience fantastique: I stayed here with some family in August and can’t praise this place highly enough. It’s furnished beautifully, has a lovely garden and is in close proximity to the centre of Biarritz and the beach. If I were to come back to Biarritz (which hopefully I will be!) this would be my first choice of accommodation. Justine also made the whole process really smooth and stress free, which was much appreciated. Book without hesitation!

Expérience fantastique: I had a wonderful holiday in Biarritz. What a lovely place to stay. Sophisticated, cultured, well mannered and friendly people.fantastic beaches and brilliant shops for everything. We stayed in a very well designed place called La Casucha which was near to the main drag of beautiful shops and the amazing coastline. The property was well designed with old and new features. It was like something out of Homes and Gardens. I loved reading all the coffee table books on art, architecture and Moroccan life. I was taking photos like the clappers to copy at home!We loved the steam room and the Tv room was a nice feature. My favourite place was the garden with its pergola area and Moroccan style banquette seating area where we ate most nights. The plancherwas a nice addition and we had outside cooking one night. Justine was very kind in allowing us to stay later as our flight wasn’t until mid evening which was helpful. Obviously, if there was someone else using it that day she would not have been able to offer this but I think it was something a lot of other agents would not have allowed. We were all so grateful. I can’t recommend this agent or the property enough. A well deserved 4 ⭐️!

The courtyard garden & seating / bbq area was a great space for relaxing & eating and the house is conveniently located with just a short walk to the beautiful sandy beaches & shops. Expérience fantastique: Absolutely fantastic! Myself and my family hired ‘La Casucha’, and the photos simply did not do it justice. It was exceptionally clean and the decor was so stylish. The kitchen is a lovely size and has everything you will need and it has an amazing outside space with a barbecue that we made great use of! Justine was very welcoming and knowledgable and gave us some great tips for places to visit. She was even kind enough to let us stay in the house until 6pm the day of our departure which was very much appreciated. I would not hesitate to rent from them again.

Expérience fantastique: Mimosa! Du nom de l’impasse qui le dessert, est un bien bel appartement, compact et complet. Une jolie décoration, bonne exposition et situation idéale pour passer un superbe séjour; deux minutes des commerces, traiteur MOF et restaurants de grande qualités, le centre ville et la plage à cinq minutes à pieds. Le tout accompagné d’un service de conciergerie par Easy clés. Nous renouvèlerons l’expérience dès que possible.

Expérience fantastique: Après une semaine fabuleuse au Moana nous avons enchainé pour quelques jours à l’Erregina. Ce grand T3 entièrement refait en dernier étage bénéficie de très belles prestations et d’une position optimale dans biarritz (300 mètres de la grande plage, à côté des commerces de bouche du quartier St Charles et à 10 minutes à pieds des halles). De plus ce bien bénéficie d’une agréable terrasse plein ciel et d’une place de parking. L’agence Easy Clés est remarquable en tout point, ce sont de véritables professionnels, nous avons hâte de repartir l’année prochaine via leur agence. A recommander à 100%

Expérience fantastique: Ce qu'il y a de très bien avec Manu et Delphine c'est qu'ils se renseignent sur les locataires et ensuite contrôlent chaque arrivée et chaque départ. C'est comme si c'était leur maison. Par rapport à d'autres gestionnaires c'est vraiment un plus. Autre point important ils sont toujours appréciés des locataires car disponibles au moindre problème. Du coup on a des bons commentaires et c'est ce qui compte enchainer les locations. Franchement je recommande les yeux fermés.

Nous sommes très satisfaits de leurs prestations: très efficace tantôt en termes de la prospection clientèle et gestion des contrats ainsi que de l’attention au client quand il est sur place. Tout problème qui puisse se présenter est résolu par eux, nous pouvons vraiment nous reposer sur eux en toute confiance, ce qui est crucial pour nous n’habitant pas au Pays Basque.

Expérience fantastique: My partner and I had a wonderful week in apartment Horia, Guéthary on the Basque coast. The apartment was exactly as described on Airbnb. The views towards the sea was a very pleasant surprise, and the balcony exceptionally large for a 1 bedroom apartment. Delphine, who received us at the apartment, was very friendly and helpful. Manu was very quick with his response with any questions we had in the weeks before our arrival. We would definitely rent this apartment again for our next visit to the area. It is central, walking distance to the nearest beach and train station, and the motor way is just up the road.

Expérience fantastique: 2 semaines de rêve dans un appartement très lumineux et parfaitement placé, dont la terrasse et la vue mer et phare est tout simplement exceptionnelle. Tout l’équipement était au top. 2 places de parking privatives bien pratiques aussi. Manu et Delphine ont été des hôtes formidables et nous ont même aidé pour dépanner des amis également en vacances dans la région dont la location est tombée à l’eau. Grande classe. Un séjour plus que réussi, un contact sûr pour partir en vacances sans s'inquiéter. Excellente prestation.
