Expérience fantastique: Our family of 5 adults stayed at the FLORA apartment in Place Des Vosges for just over a week. First, the location is amazing. The apartment is on the top floor (no elevator, but a good workout on wide stairs) of a building in this iconic square right in the Marais. Not only is the location amazing, but the apartment itself and the services provided by GAS were above and beyond our expectations. During and after booking, they were super responsive and accommodating of questions. They also sent a helpful guide with recommended activities and restaurants, and they helped us arrange airport transportation. On arrival, GAS went over the terms of the rental and accompanied us to the apartment to give a tour (including instructions on using the appliances and key entry system). The apartment was clean and well-furnished with everything we needed. When the hot water wasn’t working on our arrival, we called and GAS immediately sent someone to fix it. Cleaners came halfway through our stay (with the date and time coordinated by GAS) to clean and change out the bed linens/towels. The square is lively, but the apartment was well sound-proofed especially with the windows closed. The temperature was comfortable, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge convenience. We would absolutely use them again and highly recommend Guest Apartment Services to anyone visiting Paris.

Expérience fantastique: We had a wonderful stay on Ile St Louis the last week in April. Our son and his family stayed in the Corals apartment and we were in the Tulip apartments, a two to three minutes walk from each other. We were met at the airport in a limo that fit six and were taken directly to the apartments. Perfection! We felt like Parisians. The apartments have anything you could need, restaurants and shops are everywhere you turn outside and the central location made it easy to get to all the major sites by walking or crossing the bridge and taking the subway. Natalia at the office was helpful before and during our stay. When we return to Paris, we will be staying with Guest Apartment Services again.

The staff, especially Natalia, was very responsive and easy to deal with. She walked personally with us to our apartment and showed us around, and she was just very friendly and professional. Everything was exactly what was promised (or better) and as a result we had a perfect week in Paris.

Expérience fantastique: My husband and I spent 9 wonderful nights in the Windows on Seine apartment. First, I would like to say that Guest Apartment Services is a very professional & trustworthy agency who I will use & recommend to others from now on. The apartment is a jewel. It is spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable king size bed(very rare for Paris), beautifully furnished, bright and with a beautiful view of the Seine facing the Marais . Very quiet at night with blackout curtains that let us sleep in when we needed it The closet had plenty of hangers, cubbies & drawers .The kitchen has everything you need if you want to stay in & cook. The bathroom was modern with great towels ,robes, slippers and a shower with lots of hot water & good pressure. There was a handbook with fantastic restaurant recommendations as well as many guide books on Paris. The walk up 3 flights of stairs were not a big deal for us (62 years old). This was my 8th trip to Paris & my 4th stay on the island. I've used Airbnb & VRBO in the past but the Guest Apartment Services experience was vastly superior. Don't hesitate to use them! Merci!

The apartment was lovely with tall windows overlooking the Seine and a sweet little terrace for our morning coffee and croissants. The bed was firm and comfortable...the location unbeatable...the staff very helpful and top notch. The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay. For short term vacation rentals in Paris, only GAS for us.

It was a bit small and not as updated as we would have liked but it was CHARMING and had an amazing view of the river. We looked forward to coming "home" after a long day of walking and sightseeing to enjoy the sound of the river and people walking by and the twinkling lights of Eiffel Tower. The location was super convenient - short walk to the Pont Neuf metro (about 5 minutes) and 10 minute walk to the St Michel/Notre Dame metro. The bedding/mattress was great - high quality bed linens and firm mattress. So looking forward to our next trip to Paris and will definitely book with Guest Apartment Services again. We had a minor electrical power issue 2 days into our trip and it was the weekend - we contacted the emergency call number and they had it resolved the next day. Their staff is very nice specially Melanie. Check in and check out process was easy and efficient. They responded to my emails promptly and you felt supported before and during your stay. All in all, this company is run superbly. Guest Apartment Services played a huge part in making our trip memorable and I highly recommend their service and staying in their properties. Thank you!!!

Expérience fantastique: From the moment we first contacted Guest Apartment Services, we found them to be extremely well organised, efficient, friendly and helpful. Their focus is squarely on the needs and comfort of their guests, and nothing is too much trouble. We were met at Gare du Nord by Pascal, who whisked us off to their office in his limousine,. where we were warmly welcomed by Melanie. Then we all went to our apartment, 'Alyssum'. It is very prettily decorated and was spotlessly clean. It's position is perfect, with trains, buses, many shops, and a market, within a few minutes walk. Although it's in a busy street, the double glazed French windows ensure quietness inside. During our stay, we experienced some unusually hot days, but the apartment's small airconditioner was a great help in lessening the discomfort. Several weeks before leaving home we received an email from G.A.S., containing detailed information about places to visit, to dine and to experience in Paris, which enhanced our visit enormously. There was also a large folder in the apartment with all information about Paris one could possibly need, and details about Alyssum itself. G.A.S. had thought of everything! We had very high expectations of this company, which were not only met, but surpassed. We would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them again on our next visit to Paris. Our stay in this beautiful city, was made more special because of their care and expertise.

Expérience fantastique: A very charming and welcoming apartment. The entrance gates, courtyard, and floor plan made me feel welcomed into a different country. The low ceilings and beams added a warmth to the residence. I would highly recommend to others. Great location that was perfect for our family of 6. I'le St. Louis has everything you need to be comfortable for the week. You are a 5 or 10 minute walk to good restaurants, cafes, Mom and Pop grocers, and charming stores. Limo service from airport was also terrific. Well coordinated- worth a few extra bucks after a long flight. Staff is professional and detailed. They do a nice job of communicating before, during and after your stay.

The Primavera apartment on Ile de la Cite over looking the Seine River and just across from the Island of St Louis exceed our expectations. It was such a romantic place with big windows where you could sit with some champagne and watch Paris happening all around you. We loved the little extra things like the beautiful rose, lovely poem and Eiffel tower key ring. The sheets and towels were all of top quality and the washer/dryer was very handy too. Mélanie and the rest of the staff at Guest Apartments were so helpful and professional. Hope to be back again soon in Paris and Guest Apartment Services are the ones we will use again.

Expérience fantastique: The privilege of staying with Guest Apartment Services in Paris is unforgettable. ACACIA was compact, clean, beautifully appointed and also overlooking the Seine. There was a view of the top half of the Eiffel Tower so the sparkling lights at night were visible from our room or balcony. The Ile Saint Louis neighborhood is adorable. Off the main tourist path it was quiet, safe, full of local color and very walkable. The island had everything one would need, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, and the beauty of the buildings too! Natalia at Guest Services was very patient with the multitude of questions asked and full of helpful suggestions in addition to arranging transport from the airport to our apartment. Expérience fantastique: We just returned from 10 days renting the Acanthus apartment on the Ile de la Cite. We have rented apartments in various cities around the world and, aside from a very minor glitch with our arrival transfer, the experience was exceptional. We highly recommend the apartment (shouldn't say this since we don't want Acanthus to get too popular so that it will be available when we rent it in the future!!!) but there is no mention of the view of the top half of the Eiffel Tower from the three huge windows overlooking the Pont Neuf and the Seine. Everything was so clean and almost felt like checking into a great hotel. As for Guest Apartment Services, Christophe and Natalia and the rest of the staff couldn't have made the experience any easier.

Expérience fantastique: This was our first time renting a pied-a-terre through Guest Apartment Services and I will be renting exclusively from there in the future. The apartment was lovely and the staff was friendly and informative. We had an issue that needed to be addressed on a Saturday so one of the CEO's came to handle it personally. The location is magical and central to everywhere we wanted to go. My 80 year old mother was pleased to walk out the door to one of the most charming streets in Paris. Every property is well maintained, and service continues to be first rate and responsive. The apartment is light and spacious and had everything we needed and more. Everything worked just as it should. The apartment is wonderfully situated for restaurants and places of interest and also close to metro stations for going further afield. I would certainly go back when next in Paris.

This time, we stayed in Windows on Seine, a beautiful studio on a different part of the Ile Saint-Louis than we stayed previously. It was superbly appointed and very quiet-just the thing that we needed for our stay of one week. As usual, the staff of Guest Apartment Services accommodated our every need. They are simply the best. Prior to my retirement, I worked for a very large French Bank for almost thirty years. My wife and I have been to Paris dozens of times and stayed in fabulous hotels. But our stays on the Ile Saint-Louis make us feel like residents of one of the world's great cities. Thanks Guest Apartment Services! We will see you in 2020!

Expérience fantastique: Stayed in the "Jasmin" apartment with my fiancee. We had an incredible time in Paris and it was wonderful to come back to such a nice apartment. The apartment was very cute and had a comfortable bed. Everything worked well in the apartment, it was well heated, automatic shades, good water pressure, washing machine, and microwave. The location on the St. Louis Island was amazing. There were great little cafes and bakeries around. Very close to the metro and bus stations. Only a short 10 minute walk from the Louvre and even closer to Notre-Dame. We would highly recommend this to anyone spending some time in Paris. The staff was also extremely helpful when checking in, showed us the apartment and how to run everything.

Expérience fantastique: The Windows on the Seine Studio was perfect for one person and was exactly as shown in the photos. The position is fabulous and the apartment has everything you could want. The linen is excellent and the shower had good pressure. Sound proof windows mean the apartment is quiet and it was lovely to open them and see the seine and have the fresh air. A few small issues were resolved without fuss. The staircase is not steep but remember , the studio is on the 4th floor. The area is farming and the metro and buses are a few minutes away. I would definitely use GSA again.

Their apartments are presented in 1st class locales & in triple class condition. Please refer to Lilian or Melanie in particular if you require any assistance. The apartment folio is almost over comprehensive. An amazing information source. I will never ever go past GAS when booking my next Parisienne stay. My only wish is for them to start a business in Provence '!!!!

Expérience fantastique: Absolutely top notch operation from reception to departure. Dinner and lunch reservations made before we arrived. Everything beautifully taken care of. We had Mimosa for a glorious week with its four large windows overlooking the Seine, just beautiful. This was our fourth time with Guest Apartment Services with a stay on the Ile St.Louis, an oasis, a refuge, as if a seventeenth century village in the middle of the city. Magnifique!

Expérience positive: Spent around 15 nights in the apartment. Views are absolutely wonderful and location is unbeatable in the heart of saint Germain and right by notre dame. Only downside was actual size vs photos on the website. Photos showed spaces much larger. Overall, great stay.

The staff at Guest Apartment Services were very responsive, from the founder Mr Philippe Pée to the rest of the office staff. Even their limo service was superb, and I would highly recommend using Vincent to make check in and out transitions comfortable and reliable, especially to/from the airport. The cost of all services is very reasonable compared to nearby 5* hotels. We’ve previously stayed in the 1st arr. near Place Vendome in our previous 4 Paris visits but now found the quaint, quietness and authenticity of Ile St Louis remarkable and more desirable. We thoroughly enjoyed being short stay residents utilizing Guest Apartments staff recommendations for restaurants, shops and groceries. I highly recommend Guest Apartments Services.

Christophe and the team were kind, welcoming eager to make our stay enjoyable. We also made use of a number of their recommendations and were not disappointed. We have had the pleasure of Christmas is Paris for 3 consecutive years now, staying in 3 different apartments and areas of Paris using 3 different rental agencies. Guest Apartment Services could not have made our holiday better. GAS are as professional and welcoming as the exchange requires without being obsequious. I think what I am trying to say is GAS has that certain je nesaisquoi that only the French do. The apartment we selected on Il de la Cite overlooking the Seine was lovely. Expérience fantastique: We had an enjoyable week long stay at Wild Rose apartment in September. The interior was tastefully arranged with lovely antiques and the windows looked out over a wonderful rooftop vista, out to the Sacre Couer in the distance. Expérience fantastique: Formidable! Stayed for 2 weeks in Asteri on Ile St. Louis, with beautiful views facing north across the Seine to the Hotel de Ville. Apartment had everything we needed to make the stay magical. (The only small thing missing was an elevator after days out walking in Paris!) The staff at GAS were extremely helpful, as were their drivers, with prompt pickup and dropoff at Gare du Nord and help with luggage up and down the stairs. I could not speak more highly of the apartment and the experience and will recommend them to everyone.

Expérience fantastique: Our experience with Guest Apartment Services was outstanding from start to finish. We stayed in Apartment Violet on Ile Saint Louis for three weeks in May/June 2016. The wealth of information provided to us by Guest Apartment Services on Ile Saint Louis and greater Paris was incredible. The apartment was very comfortable, well fitted out with all amenities and on some of the cooler days very cosy to come home to. The views from the wrap around balcony kept us entertained on many occasions. Ile Saint Louis is an absolute gem of an island with everything you could possibly want within a two to five minute walk. Expérience fantastique: Our apartment was exactly as described on the web. It was bright and clean and the view of the Seine and Louvre was outstanding. There were a few kitchen items that we wished we had and when we mentioned this to the staff, they were promptly procured. Renting from Guest Apartment Services made our five week stay in Paris memorable, although alas they were not able to keep the Seine from flooding closing the Louvre and Orsay and submerging the Berges de Seine.

Expérience fantastique: My experience with Guest Apartment Services was outstanding. I rented "Windows on the Seine" a few weeks ago and it was wonderful. The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed. It was wonderful to sleep with the large windows open, and wake to Paris at my doorstep. My friends rented the apartment directly below me, which made interaction (and separation) perfect. :-) The Guest Apartment Services staff was efficient, courteous, and helpful. They arranged tickets for a Vivaldi performance at Ste Chapelle. Imagine our surprise when we arrived and we were seated in the first row. The music, in that beautiful setting, was one of the highlights of the trip. I will definitely use them again on my next trip to Paris!

The apartments were exactly as advertised on the website and check-in was efficient and well-managed. I also highly recommend using their driver, Vincent. This is the first time I have stayed in an apartment (v. a hotel) because I used to worry about logistical inconveniences. However, there were none. They were extremely responsive via email and everything was delivered exactly as requested (such as the bed configuration, the driver, etc.) If you are looking for lovely properties with excellent management, look no further than Guest Apartment Services Paris.

From first contact through reservation straight on through to checking out, the experience was most professional, friendly, careful and just plain delightful! We appreciated Vincent, the driver who picked us up and dropped us off at our different travel locations. We enjoyed meeting Christophe for our check in. The apartment itself is so well equipped and comfortable! Beds are good and the kitchen well stocked. Being on the quiet end of the street is so peaceful after the busy hustle and bustle of the day. The little balcony was sweet and despite the rain we managed a quick "cheers" to " to Paris in between the rain drops. Having an physical office space so close by also helped make us feel secure in case of any issues that may have come up. I would most highly recommend renting from Guest Apartment Services. Expérience fantastique: In a word, superb. We have rented apartments in Paris through others, but now that we've experienced Guest Apartment Services, we'll use only them. We stayed in the Primavera apartment, overlooking the Seine in a very convenient location. We initially thought check-in would be inconvenient, it having to be at their office location, instead of meeting at the apartment, but we thought this mainly because we thought we'd have to provide our own transport to the apartment. Instead, the checkin was very smooth and they provided a car to drive us and the person who showed us the apartment features. The apartment itself was wonderful, with all the amenities. We went in the winter (though it was not that cold during our stay) and heat was good. Bed comfort was fantastic. Also useful is their concierge service, through which you can book shows/restaurants. And finally, contrary to most other Paris rentals, they provide a mid-week cleaning service, and not only that, but cleaning is not an extra charge on their rate, and their rates are competitive. We'll be back!

The staff at Guest Apt Services are very friendly, professional, and helpful. The apartment could not have been nicer. Mostly we adored the views of the river. We have visited Paris many times and find the most authentic experience is having your own apartment. Then, you can live in Paris, rather than just visit. And of all the apts we've rented, Guest Apt Services is by far the best. You have the privacy of an apartment with the back up support system of people who know the city well and are eager to provide a first rate experience, plus a beautiful, well maintained residence. Expérience fantastique: My husband and I stayed in Jonquille 10 nights in October and we loved it. The apartment was spacious, very well equipped, and comfortable. There was plenty of storage for clothing. The views from the 3 large windows gave great pleasure every day and night. We knew the location was excellent for the Louvre and Musee D'Orsay but were happily surprised with our proximity to St Germain de Pres, Jardins de Luxembourg, and the lively Rue de Seine. Also, it was very quiet even though located on a busy street. Guest Apartment Services offers excellent service. There was one slip-up, but it was corrected immediately and with good humour. They are safe, reliable, and knowledgeable, and I am thankful we found them. This is our second rental with them and we look forward to our next, and the next after that!

Expérience fantastique: This is the second time we've rented an apartment from them, roughly 15 years apart. In both cases, the apartment was spotless (they now also provided us bathrobes-- nice not to lug your own), well furnished and equipped with appliances. And if you're so inclined (or need to do so if you arrive on a weekend) the limo service they use is excellent, drivers are cordial and are happy to tote your luggage up/down stairs -- the unit we love with a grand view of the River Seine doesn't have an elevator. And prices are reasonable given Paris real estate in such a prime area.

Expérience fantastique: Guest Apartment Services were excellent to deal with, from the time of booking, during our stay and then promptly advising us after we left that our deposit was to be fully refunded. We had a maintenance issue that was promptly and professionally dealt with. The driver service was excellent and is something I'd recommend if arriving after a long flight. The driver assisted us with our bags up the one flight of steps to our apartment. The only issue we had was that the apartment was very hot and as the street was noisy it wasn't easy to get fresh air by having the windows open. This is an issue to be aware of when booking older buildings in Paris - it's a fact of life that air conditioning isn't always available but this can make a significant difference to your stay.

Expérience fantastique: Stayed in this beautiful city for a week in September in the Primavera apartment overlooking the Seine on the Ile de la Cite. The large studio would suit 1 or 2 guests and the bathroom is very small but all is forgiven when you look out the window... the view is magnifique!! The location could not be better everything within walking distance fabulous cafes, shopping, iconic Parisian edifice, walking and living in history, everyday was a dream. Christophe and the team from Guest Apartment Services are courteous and professional, details can be taken care of for you ie airport pick ups and drop off, all requests actioned in a timely manner. My only complaint is that I had to come home!!! I cannot wait to return to Paris, I fell in love with this romantic captivating city and it's people and will definitely use Guest Apartment Services again, I highly recommend them.
