Expérience fantastique: I used this agency to rent a one bedroom in 7th arrondissement. The agents were very kind and dedicated. My agent Marine used WhatsApp to coordinate with me, and she was so helpful and effective in communicating between the tenant and the landlord. She acted as a buffer between tenant and landlord by using constructive language and calm manner to negotiate. And the contract signing was very smooth and fast. What I most appreciate about this service is that this agency actually offers to show you the apartment, or at least the agent will visit the apartment in person and send a video/FaceTime if you are not in Paris(I was in New York). Many other rental agencies in do not allow/encourage in person tour, and all you have are some photos on their website(like Paris Attitude). Overall I recommend this company, especially Marine, for her prompt response and effective negotiation.

Expérience fantastique: Paris Rental and Home Management have been an invaluable partner in finding quality tenants and managing my apartment for over 15 years. Helene and her team, including Rahil, provide an exceptionally personalised and efficient service. Whether it's resolving tenant issues or coordinating maintenance to keep the apartment in top condition, they handle it all with ease. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Recently, we had a serious leak in our building that flooded part of the flat. Home Management sprang into action, coordinating emergency plumbers, dealing with insurance, communicating with the building syndicate, and, of course, keeping our tenant informed. They even supervised the repairs to the parquet flooring—truly outstanding service. Additionally, as our French isn't quite up to the task for business matters, we rely on English to ensure we fully understand any issues. Helene and the entire Paris Rental team are fluent in English, which is a huge advantage for us. Over the years, we've been approached by numerous rental agencies in Paris, but we have no desire to switch. The personal service we receive from the De Circourt company is second to none. We would never consider any service other than theirs, and we hope their exceptional, personalised service continues for many years to come!

They were incredibly helpful in finding me a wonderful new apartment and helping me through all the steps of renting in France (my first place was arranged through work, this was my very first time in the Paris rental market). They really held my hand and walked me through the processes and made it painless. I can't say enough positive things about the service I got from Jing LI, who not only helped me find a dream place in the 14th, she also worked above and beyond to expedite the process as I was desperate to stop living in a hotel. If you are unsure or new to the Paris market or renting in France in general, these are the people you should contact. I am so incredibly grateful that I did.

Expérience fantastique: We have used Paris Rental on multiple rentals (2022 and 2024), and they have always been amazing to work with. They have the perfect combination of professionalism and personable demeanor. The team is highly responsive and organized. The Paris Rental team delivered an absolutely amazing experience securing a us a long term rental in Paris's 7th Arrondissement. The process was very organized. Once we identified a desired property, the Paris Rental team was very helpful in our crafting a letter to the owner of the Apartment. The contracting process was easy via a 'DocuSign' system. Paris Rental has various affiliates that help secure ancillary requirements, such a payment guarantee (we did not have a French bank account) and the required homeowner insurance. The move in process was smooth. The apartment was spotless, and new towels and rugs were included. All other soft items had been professionally cleaned. The Paris Rental team also attended to establishing our electricity contract with EDF and our TV/WiFi service with Orange. This was as easy as checking in to your favorite hotel. An additional benefit of Paris Rental is that they manage many of the apartments (through an affiate Home Management). It is reassuring to know that you will interact with someone in Paris if the need arises and not a distant absentee landlord.

Expérience négative: We waited until 9am and still had not heard from the office on day 2 to help resolve some of the issues. They really expect people to come visit from America and know how to operate the filthy washer, find the light for the steep, winding stairs regardless of age (which was not in the listing), know exactly how to operate the shower for hot water, operate the dirty coffee maker without any instructions, deal with dirty dishes, and expect to come in and find the apartment in disrepair including closet bars falling on your head when you hang your clothes and windows that would not close. And this, in their opinion, is all your problem. I do understand some minor inconveniences, but this is ridiculously unacceptable. Their response to us was, "When in Rome, . . ." I've been to Rome. I've been to many European countries and stayed in multiple places including Airbnb. None of them treated me like this nor looked this unsanitary and in disrepair.

The agent told me the owner agreed to rent the place to me. As I was preparing my trip to Paris from NYC, I had no more news from them again. Then told me couple days later that the company didn't want to rent to me. Never call them again

She did a number of video viewings with me walking through every detail of the apartment, common areas and the street outside. Paris Rental was organised and efficient with the contract and utilities connection. Highly recommend them.

Expérience négative: Nous avons loué un appartement pendant 5 ans ( 2014-2019 ), nous l’avons très bien entretenu. Pas de grand chose n’a été signalé à l’état des lieux de sortie par l’agence. Cependant, deux mois après, la propriétaire nous a retiré 2000 euros de notre caution. L’agence ne nous a apporté aucune aide, ils nous ont dit clairement que c’est pas leur travail de intermédiaire le problème de caution. Je vous conseille donc de faire attention. Il fallait prendre les photos et vidéo aussi au état des lieux de début. Ces personnes sont malhonnêtes. Voici les photos quand nous sommes sortis. La propriétaire a profité de repeindre les murs de toutes les chambres en notre charge. J’ai en découvert quand je suis allée à récupérer mes lettres, c’était en moment de tous ces travaux !!! Je laisse cet avis même maintenant car il n’y a pas du temps limité pour raconter la vérité, et je souhaite vos futurs clients peuvent éviter des mauvaises expériences en dernier moment comme nous…

She was clear, understanding and patient. I would recommend Paris rental to use for anyone and I am very grateful for the help and service I received.

Expérience négative: In the beginning Paris Rental/Anne was kind and professional to me. After a year of having signed a lease with them, they treated me dismissively. One of their employees Delphine became my assistant briefly. During that time she recommended a cleaner named Yaritza. I paid this cleaner in cash. I gave her hundreds of euros in tips throughout 2022. Then I realized this cleaner was not doing her job properly. I dismissed her. This cleaner went to Paris Rental to complain about me. I did not know this cleaner worked for the company and that they were all talking about me behind my back. Paris Rental told me I should give the cleaner her payment in an envelope, and they will give it to her. They ignored my side of the story. I did owe the cleaner payment for 2 visits, but not 5 visits, as the cleaner claimed. This cleaner was angry that I fired her and wanted revenge. I checked all the messages I exchanged with the cleaner. I spent hours writing an email to Paris Rental, and gave evidence to Paris Rental that this cleaner was trying to extort me. They ignored my email. This cleaner sent insulting messages on Whatsapp to me. I asked Delphine of Paris Rental to reason with her. After 2 months, this was not resolved. Finally, I asked a local friend to translate for me and talk to this cleaner. The cleaner and her husband came to my apartment to collect the payment. We tried to explain to her why I do not owe her payment for 5 visits as she claims. The cleaner yelled at me and called me a thief. She threatened me and said, "I am stronger than you. I can hurt you." Thus, I went to the police station to report this incident. I emailed Anne and Delphine again to explain what happened, and again they they ignored my email. Anne then texted me to complain about this negative review. The fact that I had to go to the police station to resolve this incident without any assistance from them says it all. I will never work with them again, nor will I recommend them to friends who wish to find an apartment in Paris.

She was highly recommended to me by someone and was just amazing. From helping me find the perfect apartment with everything I wanted, to giving advice on everything else, Jing was present and super attentive. 10/10 Paris Rental is the best agency in all of Paris in my experience.

Expérience fantastique: Jing Li is the most responsive, responsible, helpful rental agent I have ever worked with and I used to live in NYC so I've had my share of working w/ rental agents. She showed me at least 20 apartments and was patient and accommodating throughout the process, remembering what my preferences were. She worked with her colleague (Anne Millet) to help advocate for me with difficult French landlords, and helped get my rental dossier together. I looked at many many other apartments directly through landlords via Pap, other agents through Seloger, and other expat agencies that were downright terrible (non responsive, bad attitude), but in the end chose an apartment through Jing and Paris Rental, partly because of the service they've given me. I feel like I can count on them for the rest of my time in Paris, with this new apartment, or for future apartments. I highly recommend their services for those who are able to. t's worth it.

Expérience négative: Unprofessional, dishonest service. We found an apartment at SeLoger, offered by this agency, sent dossier on the 1st. Even during confinement period we were able to make a visit (while many agencies are following the law and delaying visits due to Covid). After some back and forth we received rent contract on 20th. First of all they put it just on my name although we were searching as couple. We agreed to that. Then they asked us to sign a paper where we relief the landlord of any liabilities related to the works: “La Locataire reconnait être informée de la possibilité d'un ravalement courant 2020 ou 2021 sur la façade de l'immeuble et renonce à tout recours contre le Bailleur quant à ces travaux ou leur conséquences.” We wanted to get more details on nature of works and if they close the windows with thick material or just a net. I even asked the contact of the refurbishment company so I can clarify my doubts. We said we were ready to sign the contract but not the paper before it’s clear for us. But Anne Millet stopped answering 25th April( although before she was calling us when she needed). She did not answer emails either. We gave a 1 month notice to our current landlord 20th April and told Anne this, but of course why would an agent care. I understand that dealing the real estate is a difficult job, but one can still perform it humanly.

Expérience fantastique: I have used De Circourt (Paris Rental) to acquire tenants for my apartment in Paris for 15 years. Through their efforts I have had fewer than 6 months vacancy in all of that time. But what most impresses me with their service is the quality of tenant they have acquired for me. Never have I had an issue with any of my tenants removng things or damaging the apartment in any way. Never have my tenants missed a single payment. Some of these tenants have become personal friends. I have even had Paris Rental tenants find me new tenants. I would also like to mention that I am not your typical landlord. I never rent my apartment for over a year. At the end of each lease, I spend a month at the apartment carrying out any improvements and arranging any required services. That means that every tenant must move out for a month once a year. Most have then renewed their lease at the end of my month. I can not over emphasize the difficult of finding a tenant who is willing to interrupt their residency for a month but Paris Rental has done so time and time again. I would never use any service other than that provided by the De Circourt company. Paris is not my only rental property and I have tried Air B&B and Craigs List. Paris Rental has provided the best service and the best tenants by far. Perhaps it is because of the quality of the individuals who carry out the day to day business of the company. Perhaps it is just magic.
