Expérience fantastique: We had a great experience with Paris Autrement. The PA team was responsive, timely and friendly. The apartment (Garbo) was very well located, close to the central city with a metro stop a block away. The neighborhood was lively and safe, with a good selection of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is modern and comfortable. The living space is small but the bedrooms are comfortable, and our family of 9 (6 adults and 3 kids) had the right amount of room for sleeping. Our only (small) complaints are that there were only 2 toilets, and the hot water for showers ran out VERY quickly (one short shower was often enough to finish the hot water for a while). Still, we would happily stay here again.

Expérience fantastique: Wonderful location. The courtyard has two exits, one takes you directly out to the metro station, the other to a good shopping area. The loft is well appointed with everything you will need for your stay including guide books. The beds are comfortable and the seating area is excellent for relaxing. Around the corner is Le Sous Bock which has some of the most incredible bar food.

Expérience fantastique: I have used this company Paris Autrement, for many years and have stayed in many of their apartments. I have found them to be extremely reliable and the apartments are always very well maintained and of a high standard. Contact is immediate and if ever I have a query, it is answered as soon as possible! This apartment is very quiet at night and the location is excellent. There are many good restaurants nearby, as well as good supermarkets. A fantastic area for food shopping. We will be back!

Expérience négative: Our experience was subpar a while back. When we arrived, there was no one waiting at the apartment to let us in. We were told someone would meet us there, so we were waiting outside on the street for close to two hours. I asked a local person to use their phone, called the help line, left a message. Finally, the house sitter arrived to let us in. The apartment was fair, not as nice as the photos but okay. The extra sofa bed was old, lumpy with broken springs. Location was the saving grace as we were close to the things we wanted to be near. Price was high for what we got, but we wanted to cook in, so that helped. Next time, we will go with a serviced hotel.

Expérience fantastique: Great renovated apartment! Pictures matched perfectly. The host walked us thru the apartment and explained appliances etc. We were a family of four. 2 elders with us. They manage to go up the stairs without problems. From a first floor to a second floor. We walk from this location to the Louve and also got on the river taxi boat - Metro stations close by as well. This location is close to a Main Street, full of restaurants, coffee shops etc. The place was quiet, elegant and we highly recommended. They do ask for a big security deposit on site. Considering how beautiful the property is it makes sense that they want to protected it from damage etc. We used Amex for the deposit with no problems. I would totally come back and stay at this property.

The customer service was fantastic and they took the time to show us around the apartment and how to use the appliances, etc. They were kind enough to let us check in early, which was so helpful because it was raining that day. We could not be more pleased. This stay was excellent quality time for our family and we were very comfortable staying there. I would note that with cobblestones and a steep staircase, it is not very accessible if you have mobility problems. On the other hand, Paris is a timeless historic treasure so that is to be expected. Highly recommend!

Expérience positive: The location is excellent. King beds are very comfortable. Sitting area an excellent size for four guests. Quiet street. Unit very clean. Minor issues: drain in one shower is plugged, showerheads need descaling, dining area light should have a dimmer switch, trouser hangers in closets worn out, operating instructions for washing machine would be helpful. Staff very helpful (thanks Romain!). We particularly thank management for accommodating our request for an early check-in. In other words, with a few very minor pieces of maintenance, this apartment would be almost ideal. Would give 4 1/2 stars today if google gave me that option and 5 stars if the above minor maintenance issues were corrected. John R-B

Expérience fantastique: Paris Autrement is a wonderful agency! I first worked with them in March of 2011. The apartment I rented was lovely and the experience seamless. So when, many years later, I was chosen as a Paris 2024 Olympics and Paralympics volunteer, I knew I'd be contacting Paris Autrement to find the perfect accomodation, and I wasn't disappointed! Being that I was looking for an apartment to rent during such a large, international event, I was afraid that it would be impossible to find a place matching my needs and budget. However, Guillaume Kech and Paris Autrement found a great apartment, in my budget, and near where I would be working as a volunteer. It really was the perfect place for me! I remember first walking into the apartment and being amazed by how accurately the photos on their website represented the actual apartment. And that is exactly how Paris Autrement runs as a business, with transparency, integrity, and professionalism, and yet with the personal attention of a family business. I can't recommend Paris Autrement enough and will definitely be working with Guillaume Kech and Paris Autrement again in the future!

Expérience fantastique: Rented an apartment in the Marais neighborhood of Paris (the Benjamine). It was a very nice little one bedroom apartment. Everything was in good condition, fairly updated, and clean. Nice building that was well lit with elevator. Gregory met me at apartment to check in, and took time to explain how everything worked. Would definitely rent from them again.

Expérience fantastique: Very friendly staff, Cocosmann apartment in Picpus was just perfect for a 3-people short vacation staying in Paris. The apartment had everything needed, very well furnished and location-wise it has been just perfect (with lots of shops and boulangeries nearby, plus direct train connection to the city center of Paris).

Expérience fantastique: Lovely spacious apartment. Up via a lift and 2 flights stairs. Great showers, towels, fans and well equipped kitchen. Our greeter Romain was v helpful as was Gregory in back office. 2nd arrondissment is fantastic area to be, central with lots of places to eat and a v Parisien feel. Beds firm and comfortable and we found the apartment quiet. We v much appreciated being able to check out a little later than 11am, this was offered with no fuss because there were no new guests arriving imminently. Expérience fantastique: Our stay at this magnificent Airbnb was exceptional! My husband, daughter, and I stayed from Thursday, June 27th to Monday, July 1st. The space was perfect for our family, offering ample room and all the comforts we needed. One of my favorite features was the balcony, which provided a lovely spot to enjoy my morning coffee and evening wine while overlooking the beautiful Place du Bourg Tibourg. The location was vibrant and bustling with wonderful cafes, restaurants, shopping (even great vintage stores), and everything we needed right at our fingertips. Additionally, I enjoyed going for a run along the Seine River each morning. The area felt very safe. The apartment itself was beautifully renovated and very well-equipped with great technology. The large living room, nicely furnished, had plenty of space for me to work out, a comfortable sofa, and WiFi access, making us feel right at home. The separate kitchen was fully equipped with a microwave oven, hob, fridge, freezer, cooker, espresso maker, kettle, toaster, and all necessary cooking and dining utensils. Also in the kitchen was a washer and dryer that was very useful. Both bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with beautiful "windowed doors" French windows. The bathroom was modern and included a walk-in shower. The only downside for some might be the music. The area is very vibrant, with music playing throughout the night. However, if you close the windows and shutters, you can mitigate the noise. I personally loved the music and energy. Overall, this apartment was a rare find and provided a fantastic base for our time in the city. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, fun and convenient place to stay in this wonderful neighborhood.

Expérience fantastique: J'ai effectué un premier séjour dans un appartement géré par Paris Autrement en mars 2024. Je viens de faire une nouvelle réservation. L'agence est super efficace et les appartements sont particulièrement bien situés et fonctionnels. Je recommande cette agence sans aucune hésitation.

Expérience positive: My wife and I stayed at two apartments, the first for 4 nights at Cada Vez and then moved to Opera for four nights as we needed two bedrooms as another couple was meeting us. Regarding Cada Vez, the hot water heater was broken. Also, there were issues with badly draining sinks and inadequate kitchen supplies, in terms of cooking implements and basics like salt, pepper, tea, coffee etc. In both cases a welcome pack would have been nice though unlike other countries this may be unusual in France or maybe just Paris. On the plus side, bed quality was excellent and the apartment was very very quiet. Regarding Opera, there were no problems. Although on a busy street, sound insulation was first rate. There is also a Velib bike docking station just outside the front door - this bike system is highly recommended for tourists. Booking procedure had a few issues but overall I recommend them as an agency that has good range of properties. They kindly provided early check in for Cada Vez and late checkout for Opera which was greatly appreciated though in case of Opera cleaners arrived quite late after we had entered.

The location was perfect for our stay-close to metro, but off the main streets so not too loud. We loved the morning light in the windows. Don’t miss the beautiful cafe in the nearby courtyard of the Carnavalet Museum, a hidden gem. We are a couple who stayed with our grown son. He said the pull out couch was springy but suitable enough for a long weekend. We thought our bed was comfortable. Kitchen is well appointed and the place was left spotless for us. Thanks again.

A wonderful compact apartment in St Paul area. Close to...Metro stations, shopping, tourist attractions, the Seine, quiet gardens and fabulous restaurants. Expérience fantastique: What a lovely place to stay. We booked for a family birthday celebration and this was a perfect place to stay. Plenty to do in the nearby vicinity, and easy access to the Metro to get further afield. Please be aware that there are two flights of stairs up to the apartment, and they are sometimes not easy to navigate and are a bit worn, so be careful not to slip as they can be a bit difficult to see, especially the bottom step on each flight as they blend into the floor too easily. Grégory and Thomas were great and were helpful for all my questions. Highly recommended!

Expérience fantastique: This flat is pristine and beautifully, and probably even more importantly, comfortably, decorated. We found it to be clean, with comfortable beds, great water pressure, and every gadget one could need, and in a safe location. Directly across the street there are cafes, restaurants and shops. The hosts are accessible and helpful without being overbearing. I just wish we had more time to stay in the place and relax because it has a sophisticated-calm vibe, but there was just too much within walking distance that we needed to explore. We highly recommend.

Expérience fantastique: My colleagues and I stayed at the property for about a week during a business trip to Paris. Due to a flight delay, we arrived very late in the morning, yet Gregory was incredibly polite, fast, and professional. The accommodation is situated in a charming neighborhood with numerous small cafes, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. The city center is easily and quickly accessible by train and taxi. The accommodation itself was exceptionally clean, bright, and spacious. The well-equipped kitchen, in particular, was appreciated by everyone on the team. The bathrooms were all clean and new, and the fast WiFi was a great asset for our work.

Expérience fantastique: El departamento es hermoso, tiene todo lo que se necesita para pasarla bien en familia. La decoración suprema, la atención del anfitrión más que excelente. Que te reciba una persona y te oriente en un espacio y país que no conocés, es extraordinario. Solo una cosa que dificultó nuestra estadía de 5 personas, hay un solo inodoro, dos duchas, pero un solo inodoro.

The apartment was exactly as advertised (perhaps better) and the team at Paris Autrement was terrific -- from early communication, through our personal welcome, and followup. We look forward to renting again from this fine agency.

Expérience fantastique: This is a nice apartment for a larger group. The neighborhood, while not perfect, is active with many amenities, including a nice pastry and coffee shop next door. A metro stop is just around the corner. An easy location for Ubers and taxis. Apt is one-floor apt on European floor 1. Elevator to floor 1. No steps. Good apt for the less mobile. Good security with keys required for 2 doors. Keys are special and not easy to copy. 4BR’s have large beds. One small BR has twin beds. Only 2 toilets, but 3 showers, 1 tub, and 3 vanities. Nice, large and renovated bathrooms. Large dining room and living room combination. The combo washer-dryer is complicated and in French. Pay attention to instruction from person who shows you apt. I have suggested that written instructions be provided. TV has streaming and is complicated for older people. Windows on 3 sides and in each BR and main room. Windows easily opened for fresh air. Large entry way. Apt was fairly quiet. The woman we coordinated with and who showed us the apt, Cecile, was outstanding and a very good communicator.

Expérience fantastique: This is our 6th year (6 years) renting from Paris Autrement. We only rent from them while staying in Paris. They have clean apartments and their service is very good. Most importantly, we trust them and they are very reliable and they are there if any problems should arise in your unit. Expérience positive: Good location e.g. Louvre within 30 min walk. We were 8. Living space was good bedrooms on the small side but adequate. Only thing negative was lack of air conditioning, particularly with this hot summer.

Expérience positive: Great stay, small but cosy and clean house. Very central location, you can almost walk around the city. Availability and speed of response from managers.

Expérience fantastique: This apartment is very clean and is equipped with everything that you need for your stay in Paris. It is centrally located with good shopping and dining options within easy walking distance. It is in a safe area (there are two hotels across the street) plus the property itself is well-secured. The management is very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again.

Expérience fantastique: We had a 5 night stay at a 5 bed apartment in the 2nd district. Romain from Paris Autrment helped us to check in and introduced the facility clearly. The apartment is clean and comfy, and Romain is very friendly. It is very close to Metro to visit other places.

Expérience fantastique: Wonderful place to stay in a quiet and secure building. The space was perfect for a family of 5. 2 separate bedrooms along with a comfortable pull out sofa. 1 bathroom with a shower and toilet and another with a separate toilet room and shower. Very clean and close amenities nearby with a grocery store and several restaurants and cafes. Would definitely visit again.

Incredible location in a quiet street but around the corner from the metro, short walk to Galeries Lafayette, Opera and Louvre The elevator for my mom was a life saver. We adored our stay at Candide!

Expérience fantastique: I have rented apartments 12 different times from Paris Autrement since 2015. The company stands behind everything and the apartments are wonderful. I love being able to wash my clothes! And the kitchens are modern! The tvs and internet work great. There was a repair one time on a bedroom blind not closing and it was fixed that day. One year, the apartment we had rented encountered a flooding issue. Paris Autrement had no other short term apartments for us but instead gave us a better long term apartment for our dates. This is not an airbnb - owners can cancel those and there is no recourse - you have nowhere to stay in those cases (it has happened to me on a busy February in Park City - no recourse). Stay with these guys and you can be sure of a perfect Paris visit!
